From May 14 to 16, 2025, SILLA Holdings successfully conducted the three-day, two-night onboarding program “SILLA SPIRIT” 

at the Godeok Office and Kyowon Vision Center in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi-do, with 33 new employees in attendance.

The program was designed to deepen participants’ understanding of the Group’s vision and core values, 

while fostering a sense of belonging and pride as “SILLA People” through interaction with colleagues from various affiliates.

SILLA Holdings plans to continue building a healthy corporate culture through ongoing communication and training initiatives.
