From April 17 to 18, SILLA Holdings hosted the SLA-ADVANCED program at the KB Insurance Ingenium Training Center  in Suwon, a two-day, one-night course

 attended by 25 current team leaders from the Group’s affiliates.

This program was designed around rapidly changing HR trends and performance management strategies, 

with a focus on strengthening practical leadership capabilities through lectures and case-based discussions.

In addition, a special “Dialogue with the CEO” session was arranged, providing participants with valuable, 

real-world advice and insights on leadership directly from the Group’s CEO.

SILLA Holdings plans to continue offering training programs aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities across the Group’s companies.
