On April 11, 2025, the SILLA Group’s 2025 Executive Workshop was held in Pyeongchang, Gangwon-do.

This meaningful event was organized to share strategies for the Group’s sustainability and innovation amid a rapidly changing business environment, 

and to strengthen communication and mutual understanding among executives.

In his opening remarks, Vice Chairman Park Sung-jin emphasized, “In times of uncertainty like these, we must focus on the fundamentals and work to establish a stable

revenue structure and improve our management framework.” 

He also presented the Group’s core philosophy, “SILLA SPIRIT,” as a central value that all executives should share and put into practice.
